Our IAQ monitoring system follows the WELL Building Standard version 1, LEED v4 Core & Shell Platinum. We stand by our promise to create a healthier and more efficient green building.
For the well-being of our visitors and tenants, our indoor air goes through cutting-edge filtration in our central air-conditioning system that fuses with fresh air supply to uphold our top-notch quality. Our IAQ monitoring system tracks our air quality throughout the day with smart IAQ sensors so that people can read our IAQ in real time.

With the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) incorporated into our sustainability blueprint, every feature in AIRSIDE is designed to sustain and achieve the highest performance in energy and decarbonisation. AIRSIDE is the first-ever building in Hong Kong targeting the highest rating of five green building certifications: US LEED(R) Platinum Pre-certified, WELL Building Standard(TM) Platinum Pre-certified, BEAM Plus Neighbourhood Final Platinum, BEAM Plus New Building Provisional Platinum and China Green Building Label Final 3-Star.
